Frequently asked questions

What does research use only actually mean?
It is a labelling designation marking material as intended for laboratory research and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. It describes intended use rather than quality, and it narrows permitted use rather than widening it.
What should I look for on a certificate of analysis?
The lot number first, since everything else applies only to that lot. Then identity, purity with the method named, and whether results fall inside any stated specification range.
