What reps do
We train you, certify you, and send you the leads.
How commissions work
You earn on what you sell.
- ●Commissionable today: Project Y wholesale. More products are coming.
- ●Every sale attributed to you — through your referrals or your personal link — shows in My commissions.
- ●Recruit reps with your recruit link. They can earn right away.
- ●Reach $25,000 in sales and get approved to become a Manager: you then earn an override on everyone below you.

Questions reps ask
What does a Provider Back Office rep do?+
A rep introduces healthcare providers in their area to Provider Back Office and its wholesale products. We train you, certify you to offer the wholesale products, and send you provider referral leads in your territory. You follow up, help the provider get set up, and track everything in your rep portal.
How do commissions work?+
You earn commission on the wholesale products you sell. The commissionable product today is Project Y wholesale, with more products coming. Every sale attributed to you shows in My commissions in your portal, next to the current commission rate.
How do referral leads in my area work?+
Every 10 days Provider Back Office looks at new provider leads and assigns the ones in your territory ZIP codes to you. You get an email and a notification in your portal, with the provider’s name, practice, NPI, phone, email and address.
Do I need sales or medical experience?+
No. We train you and walk you through certification before you start working referrals.
Can I recruit other reps?+
Yes. Your portal has a personal recruit link. Reps you recruit join your team and can earn commissions right away. When you reach $25,000 in sales and are approved, you become a Manager and earn an override on everyone below you.
How do providers sign up through me?+
Every rep has a personal link — providerbackoffice.com/your-name. A provider who creates an account through it is attached to you, and you are notified straight away.
Where do I log in?+
At providerbackoffice.com/rep/login. Use the same “Forgot password?” link as the rest of Provider Back Office if you need a new password.
